Lash Tips

• Do not use waterproof during the day, as regular comes off far easier.

• Apply to lower lashes first, as it is easier to apply this way, and you do not stain your upper eyelid.

• Use less during the day for your makeup look more natural.

• Apply in a zigzag motion to avoid clumping.

• Use an eyelash comb to remove any lumps or unevenness.

• Black is suitable for almost everyone. The exception might be a person with blonde eyelashes and blue eyes. Brown is softer, so this shade would look better on fair-haired people.

• Curl your lashes before applying eyelash color. Warming your eyelash curler with a hair blower makes curing your lashes easier.

• To do both eyes, dip your brush only once, and do not pump or twist the brush.

• Replace your mascara every three months.

• Your eyelashes look longer and thicker if you start by holding the wand at the base of the lashes and then wiggling it back and forth.

Proper Application

Start by applying the eyelash color to your lower lashes first, using the tip of the wand. This is a great way to separate each eyelash as you color them. In the daytime, bottom lashes look more natural if you do not apply color. Save this for special evening events. Hold a piece of tissue under your lower lashes to keep from accidentally getting color under your eyes, and it is also far easier to see the lashes.

On the upper lashes, apply first to the top of the lashes, pulling it downward, and now apply on the underside and pull the color up. Before you apply a second coat, let the first coat dry. Do not fall into the trap of applying one thick coat, as several light coats look far more natural.
